In the heart of the Ancient Olympian mountains, our small family-run business nurtures the land with love and care. Athanasia and Andoni's serendipitous meeting one summer in a quaint village sparked not just a romance but a shared passion for the land, its olive oil, and its honey.
In Andoni’s village, he learned the art of caring for olive trees with nothing but his hands. With this knowledge, he shared the time-honored tradition of crafting small-batch olive oil with Athanasia.
Today, Andoni tends their olive groves and collaborates with local beekeepers, keeping the ancient rhythms of this land alive with every touch.
